This family-friendly event promises a day full of fun, featuring our very own sweet juicy strawberries, ripe and ready to pick in the patch. Whether you're competing in the strawberry pie eating contest, shopping for handcrafted goods, or checking out the farm's expansive playgrounds and zoo, there's something to check the box for every member of the family.

Should the pick-your-own strawberry patch experience not be available on the day of your visit, then a basket of freshly picked strawberries will be provided as a substitute for all pre-order in lieu of the experience.
Strawberries
When it comes to farming, being able to 100% guaranteed availability is impossible! There are a number of factors that come into play such as growing season weather, recent rain, sunshine, humidity, how many people have been or are currently picking, and much more.
Honestly, we don't want to promise or sell you something we can't deliver, so we want you to know this information ahead of time.
If you pre-order berries online, then we guarantee you will receive them. However, in some instances, it may be necessary for us to provide you with a freshly picked container berries in lieu of the picking experience. Should this occur, we ask for your grace and understanding, as the strawberry picking experience is always our first goal.

Pie Eating Contests
Dates: 4/25, 4/26, 5/2, 5/3
Time: 1:00 pm
Dive into the excitement at the strawberry pie eating contest! Sign up on-site the day of the event.
Contests for all ages—adults and kids alike. Participants will compete to devour a whipped cream pie, using no hands. The first one with a clean pie pan wins! Winners from each age group on both days will be crowned Lucky Ladd Farms Strawberry Pie Eating Champions and receive a special prize.
(And don't worry, we provide water and paper towels for a quick cleanup after your tasty challenge!)
Age Categories & Prizes:
- Ages 12 and under - $20 Cash Prize
- Ages 13 and up - $40 Cash Prize
