YOUR ROLE ON OUR TEAM:
- Bake and decorate cookies, cakes, pies, and other treats using established recipes.
- Package products with precision, ensuring quality and freshness for customers.
- Assist in ingredient prep (chopping, mixing, measuring) and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals and uphold food safety standards.
- Taste-test batters, doughs, and fillings to guarantee consistency and excellence.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Work will take place in a commercial kitchen, with multiple cooking stations and equipment
- May be exposed to hot and humid environments, as well as loud noises and heavy foot traffic
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:
- Experience in cake/cookie decorating (preferred) or an extra crafty person with willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures helpful.
- Take initiative to see what needs to be done, and then does it without being asked.
- Finds serving others personally fulfilling.

- Aren't scared of a hard days work.
- Believe details and quality matter.
- Can effectively communicate with staff members and guests in a positive way.
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time; and can bend, stoop, extend oneself, etc. as required to perform assigned tasks.
- Able to consistently lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs.
REQUIRED SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time — Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ($500 hiring bonus eligible).
- Part-Time — Tuesday through Thursday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Part-Time — Saturday, and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
