Pick Your Own Vegetable Garden

Pick Your Own Garden Hours and Availability

The Pick Your Own Garden hours are the same as the Farm Park hours and is open mid-Jun through the end of August. Availability may change depending on weather conditions.

Wednesday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
If you plan to visit the garden on Saturday, then please make note that the Farmers begin gleaning ripe and ready vegetables from the fields beginning at 2:00 pm. These items are still available for purchase, but may not be available for a u-pick experience.

How does it work?

You pick what you want straight from the plant or step inside our farm store for the latest fruits and vegetables that we've picked. Everything here is locally grown and fresh!

After selecting your harvest you will visit our farm store to pay for what you've picked. Items are affordably priced by the piece and/or by the pound.

Do I have to pay admission to the Farm Park if I only want to pick vegetables from the garden or visit the Farm Store?

No. Guests may visit the farm store free of charge. Visitors that wish to only go to the Pick-Your-Own Vegetable Garden may purchase a "Picking Pass" for $1.50 per person (ages 2 and older). If you've paid regular admission to visit the Farm Park or are a Season Pass Member then the field access fee is waived and you may visit the Garden for free.

Please remember, you must still pay for what you pick in the Farm Store after visiting the Garden.

Why do you charge a field access fee to pick vegetables from the Garden?

Our field access fees go directly towards paying our great staff and keeping our farm productive, beautiful, clean and open for the public to enjoy.

Jacey & AJ's Happy Hens

Pasture Raised Eggs

Farmer Ladd, together with Jacey and AJ (the littlest Ladd's) began our "Happy Hens" project back in 2015. They are are learning valuable life lessons about hard-work, compassion, the value of a dollar and the importance of agriculture.

All of our eggs are from "Happy Hens" who roam outdoors on acres of pasture, feeding on bugs, grass and enjoying the sunshine. We provided our hens supplemental feed inside their fields for snacking when they see fit.

Although our conventional feed is not organic, our pastures are completely pesticide, herbicide and chemical free, and are rotated to promote healthy vegetation.

Rich country eggs raised in our own pastures.
